Only if a clinician approves treatment, and only for what they approve. When you complete your questionnaire we place a hold on your card — a hold reserves funds without taking money. If nothing is approved, the hold is released in full.

Most assessments are reviewed within one business day. If a clinician needs more information before deciding, they will message you through your patient portal.
