This page sets out the terms as designed, so they can be reviewed. It has not been checked by a US attorney and must not be relied on or published as final.

1. Who we are

L'vaé is a trading name of Praventis Group Ltd, company number 16621668. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

It should be read alongside the privacy notices of our clinical and pharmacy partners, who hold your medical record.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — name, email, date of birth, address and state of residence.
  • Health information — your answers to our short health check, and the clinical questionnaire you complete with our clinical partner.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we hold only the last four digits, card type and expiry for your records.
  • Order and delivery information — what was prescribed, when it shipped, and tracking.

3. Where your clinical information lives

Your clinical questionnaire, consultation and prescription records are held by our clinical partner, who is responsible for your medical record. We hold the commercial record: your account, orders, payments and deliveries.

This separation is deliberate. It means we hold less health information than we otherwise would.

4. Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with our clinical partner (so a clinician can review your case), the dispensing pharmacy (so your treatment can be supplied), our payment processor, and delivery carriers.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records must be retained for a period by law, and medical records held by our clinical partner are subject to their own retention rules.

To make a request, email support@lvae.com.

6. Security

Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
