Every treatment goes through a licensed US clinician. You are charged only if they approve it.

    Health check

    A few quick questions on our site so we know the basics. We pass these across so you are not asked them twice.

    Clinical questionnaire

    A fuller questionnaire from our clinical partner, covering your medical history, medications and anything a clinician needs to know.

  3. 03

    Payment details, held not charged

    We place a hold on your card. A hold reserves funds without taking money. Nothing is charged at this point.

  4. 04

    Clinical review

    A licensed US clinician reviews your case. They may approve treatment, prescribe something different, ask for more information, or decline.

  5. 05

    Charged only if approved

    If a clinician approves treatment, we charge for what they approved and release the rest. If nothing is approved, the hold is released in full.

  6. 06

    Delivered

    Your treatment ships directly from a licensed US pharmacy, with tracking in your account.
