Weight Loss (GLP-1)

Physician-reviewed GLP-1 treatment. Complete a short health check, then a clinical questionnaire reviewed by a licensed clinician.

How your treatment works

You answer a short health check, then a clinical questionnaire. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides what, if anything, is appropriate. You are charged only if they approve treatment.

Why L'vaé

Clinically reviewed

Every request is reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state before any prescription decision is made.

Never automatic

Your health history, current medications and answers are reviewed each time. Approval is never a formality.

Licensed pharmacy

If approved, your prescription goes to a licensed US pharmacy for final checks before it ships.

Charged only if approved

Your card is held, not charged. If nothing is approved, the hold is released in full.

That is the clinician’s decision, not ours. Your assessment gives them your medical history, current medications and goals, and they decide whether this treatment is clinically appropriate for you.

We place a hold on your card and send your case for review. A hold reserves funds without taking money. A clinician reviews your answers and either approves treatment, asks for more information, or explains why it is not suitable.

You are charged for what they approve, not what you selected. That is why the hold covers the highest-priced option — we can always take less, and the difference is released back to your card.

Yes. Before a clinician has reviewed your case you are not charged at all. Once they have reviewed it the consultation fee is retained, because the clinical work has been done. Your order page always shows exactly where you stand.

Your clinical record is held by our clinical partner, who is responsible for it. We hold your account, orders and deliveries. That separation means we hold less health information than we otherwise would.

Start with clarity.

Begin with a secure online assessment. No payment is taken until your questionnaire is complete, and you are charged only if a clinician approves treatment.
